Viewers that come to this demo may not know anything about the visualization we are presenting. We should produce an explanation of Hans Rosling's dataset and a one liner specifically about the d3 chart and the cesium globe.

For a more cohesive integration, we'll want the mouseover interaction to have affect on both Cesium and d3. Consider adding mouseover in the d3 chart to also highlight the corresponding polyline in Cesium.

There are a handful of countries that could not be geolocated directly from the dataset using the geocode python script. Running the python script outputs the country names that could not be geolocated using the nominatim geocoding REST service. The easiest solution would be manually lookup the latitude/longitude of this small collection of countries and update nations_geo.json. For completeness, may want to hardcode a lookup table in the python file to ensure that any future attempt of running the script will not overwrite this effort.

It appears that a country is miscoded to be at the same lat/lon as France. Will need to identify which country is incorrectly geocoded and then run that country through the Nominatim REST service to identify how this problem arose. Update the Python script to correct any assumptions and produce new nations_geo.json.

Dataset defines income (bar height), population (bar width), and life expectancy. Should define a clever means of incorporating this final metric into the Cesium view for completeness. Worst case, we could add a UI element to tie bar height to a particular data element.
