Not working correctly in Arch - doesn't seem to reach PokeAPI

I have no idea what the heck is going on with this thing... I clone it on my Arch computer, it seems to fail to reach the PokeAPI. I can get there fine via browser, I can ping it fine via terminal. I don't think it's a weird routing issue?

Anyway, I can clone this same repo to my Android phone and run via Termux and it works like a charm...

Unable to fetch stats for pokemon

Not sure what's going on, but for the past week or so the script is returning [UNDEFINED] for Pokeballs. Terminal output indicates that the API isn't returning the information from the Pokemon.

I suspect the API or the library has been updated, I'm trying to figure out what happened.
