Basically a ready to go telegram bot whisch uses twitter api to get my twitter account and check if something is new and if it was new send it to telegram bot and telegram bot has some functionalities like getting latest tweeets or sending latest tweet via inline query feel free to use it if it is something you are intersted just install tweepy and python-telegram-bot and clone it and put your twitter and telegram bot api credintals, in a file cfg.ini and run the server and run it
