Add the remain variables of AgERA5

The current version just supports seven variables with specific statistic options.

Add the remaining variables of AgERA5.
Add the option of choosing different statistic types for each variable.

Option: Define the path for downloading data.

give the user the option to choose or define the path for downloading AgERA5, which it saved on the main directory.

Know more about the CDS API Server

Try to figure out how much requests that the CDs API server can receive.

Give the user the option of Aggregate without downloading data, which already downloaded before

The user when init the xES workflow it force the user to add the API key, but sometimes the user need just to use the other options without downloading data.

let the module give the user the optoin to work with already downloaded data rather than force to add api key and download data.

Raise Error when variable is out of the AgERA5 Variables
