Error connecting to postgres.

First, thanks for this work. It's nice to have it somewhere. 👍🏻

I'm using Ruby 2.6

And for some reason, it is handling an issue connecting to Postgres. I tried changing localhost to 127.0.0.1. Any known issue/suggestion?

Error:
