Overview:
This project demonstrates the creation of a Power BI dashboard for analyzing bank loan data. The dashboard tracks various KPIs essential for understanding the bank's lending portfolio, including loan applications, funded amounts, amounts received, interest rates, and debt-to-income ratios.

Total Loan Applications
Calculates the total number of loan applications received during a specified period. Monitors Month-to-Date (MTD) loan applications and tracks Month-over-Month (MoM) changes. Total Funded Amount
Tracks the total amount of funds disbursed as loans. Analyzes the MTD total funded amount and MoM changes. Total Amount Received
Monitors the total amount received from borrowers to assess cash flow and loan repayment. Observes MTD total amount received and MoM changes. Average Interest Rate
Calculates the average interest rate across all loans, MTD. Tracks MoM variations in interest rates. Average Debt-to-Income Ratio (DTI)
Evaluates the average DTI for borrowers to gauge financial health. Computes the average DTI for all loans, MTD, and tracks MoM fluctuations.
