hi, i have a dell 9550 and using your great software to disable EC controller. i wonder is it possible to these fans work under 2500 rpm? there are only 3 options. 0-2500-4900 rpm. i noticed that macbooks fan can work around 1800-2000 rpm. and its very silent. but if i set the fans 2500-2600 rpm it becomes audible. so i am trying to find out how i can set my dells fan around 1800-2000 rpm. What do you know about this.

I need to know if there us an older version of DellFanCmd that works on windows 8.1.
The actual version works in mu old Dell E5420 on windows 10, but i really need w8.1. bzh_dell_smm_io_x64.sys driver won't load. Already tried vc_redist.x64.exe.
