While beta testing WordPress 3.9 which ships with TinyMCE 4.0, the Pullquotes button image in the visual editor has disappeared. The placeholder still works but the image is gone. This screenshot will show what I'm talking about.

It looks like you're using a version of the Roger Johansson/Chris Coyier JS solution for pull quotes. I noticed all the plugins using this method recently quit working. The original text marked off in the shortcode disappears from the post and only appears in the pullquote.

I have tried with the number in quotes and out of quotes. Back works great.

[pullquote align="left" forward=1]“I was able to combine my finance background with my supply chain knowledge and my passion to fight Alzheimer’s,”[/pullquote]

This is the second pull quote on the page. Not sure if that makes a difference.

Is this plugin based on "simple quotes" in the WP plugin repo, and do you have any future plans for it?
