Build errors in Windows environment

I went through the steps from the blog post to create a fable|>fuse application on a Windows machine.

When I ran the build using "build.bat", the following errors were displayed:

Start compilation...
F# project contains errors:

Unexpected start of structured construct in definition. Expected '=' or other token.: L7 (fable-fuse-test.fs)
Unexpected keyword 'let' or 'use' in implementation file: L8 (fable-fuse-test.fs)
