Qbs seems to be the new way of doing things and might become the default in Qt6.

• Create the .qbs files
• Remove the windows scripts and instructions (no one uses them)
• Add some documentation

The server should close the client socket if nothing was received in the last 120 seconds

The client should send a request every 60 seconds (if no request has been made, send CS_HEARTBEAT)

Since Ogre 1.x keeps breaking things, it's probably better to jump to the next major release (which will also break things anyway)

Since inactive clients no longer send their position to the server, the server should send all avatar positions whenever someone needs them (probably after a CS_USER_LIST message is received)

Msgpack could make object serialization easier
