Post to Mattermost

What would it take to send these to a Mattermost incoming webhook?

Took me a while to actually find out how to configure hooks for npm modules. They only wrote this blog post once (which is probably how I knew that it was possible somehow in the first place):

None of that is part of their docs. Setting up hooks is only possible via the API and there's https://www.npmjs.com/package/wombat for doing it from a shell.

There's currently no way to directly notify IRC channels on GitLab. This would be super useful, because we just don't have any way of getting notifications for the Kosmos Chef repo right now.

[hooks] GitHub

Would be great if one could point an entire org hook to a hubot. Currently, it's so incredibly painful to set up a custom service for every single repo.

Main question is how to configure repo/channel mappings I guess.
