jruls

jruls is a top-alike utility to display FreeBSD jails resource usage.

Usage

RACCT/RCTL should be enabled: add kern.racct.enable=1 to /boot/loader.conf and restart.

Then just run it; same as with top.

# ./jruls -d1

Nice work!

I saw your post on freebsd forums when I was exactly looking for something that shows me how much the jails are using resources. Seems to work and looks like a handy tool.

Maybe you could create a port of it and submit it into the ports tree?
