There should be a basic microsite including usage documentation

The standard 47deg CI/CD setup should be brought into this repository so that the microsite and artifacts can be properly deployed and published.

Benchmarks are currently not based on published code and not reproducible, so once time allows I'll figure this out and mark as closed.

Fetch has robust debugging support that is not yet added to fetchless. It would be nice to allow for debugging in a similar fashion to the original Fetch without too much effort. Possibly by adding little hooks into LazyFetch and/or LazyBatch to extract information as needed.

We need to check and update the build to publish the artifacts in Maven central

Syntax is currently incomplete (for tuples, maybe some others would be good) and missing docs.
