Discord Bot for checking custom URL status codes with cute cat pictures
Optionally, you can either (1) invite an existing bot to one of the servers where you have the Manage Server
permision, or (2) create your own copy.
Open the link in the browser or click on the hyperlink, then select the server to invite the bot to:

2.1. Clone the repo:
git clone https://github.com/300IQmove/Kitten.git
2.2. Install Node.js
according to the instructions appropriate for your OS.
2.3. Install NPM packages in the bot folder:
npm install
2.4. Create an app in the developers portal.
2.5. Enter your app TOKEN
in .env
file:
TOKEN = "YOUR_TOKEN_HERE"
2.6. Run the bot with the command from the example below or through the project manager that is convenient for you:
node .
2.7. Upon successful launch, invite link to the server for the bot will appear in the console.
To get the status code of the site, enter in the chat of one of your mutual servers with the bot or in direct messages with it the slash command according to the template:
/check status url:YOUR_URL_HERE
bot
andapplications.commands
are the only flags enabled in the invitation link- No permissions are required for correct operation
- Privileged gateway intents are disabled by default
