Pick a licence

Lots of users of Julia are careful about the licence of the software they use. If this is your own work, you should pick a licence before accepting contributions. If you pick the MIT licence (as is very common in the Julia community), and it will be easy for anyone to grab the code and functionality and incorporate it to another package. In your julia-users posting, this seemed like the desired outcome.

It would also be nice if you could write the licence of the Python package you depend upon in the README
