Golem

?> Golem is a decentralized marketplace for computing power. It consists of a network of nodes that implement the Golem network protocol. We provide the default implementation of such a node in the form of the Golem daemon, called yagna.

The nodes in the network can act as providers or requestors. Both the requestor and the provider share the same implementation of the Golem daemon. The diagram above shows the architecture of the network. For the sake of simplicity, it shows just one requestor and one provider.

?> Any code that can be compiled to WASM, can be distributed on Golem Network. gWASM allows you to run WebAssembly binaries on providers’ machines by turning WASM into a container for server-side parallel computations.


task API

The Task API is a python library containing a programming interface and utility functions. When using this library for their project, developers can build apps and have them easily run on Golem.
