Update the current first background pic behind the countdown clock with a new one. I'm not going to upload the new photo here due announcement dates and all that jazz. If you want to work on this send me a DM on mattermost for the new version

The logo is already in the repo under content/images/logo.png now it just needs to get a good place on the site. I suggest placing it somewhere in the footer

A nice-to-have request from the org. A almost complete version can be found here: 12urenloop/cvc#119, I'll check if they don't have the winners after 2015 stored somewhere
