In this page, we need to show:
user edabled repos list, show them is left side of the page, can see build detail by clieck repo name.
show the last build detail of the first repo in tab page of right side of the page.
show build history list, sort by build time, build info include build id, build time, branch, event, we
can view build console by click build id.

We must save repo id into db, otherwise if user changes repo name, then access BuildHub by new name, will return None.

show user repos of GIthub, each repo has enable button, when user clieck the button, muse-ci will create a webhook for the repo on Gitbub, and the repo will be added to user enabled repo list.

We need to cache Jenkins error when access it.
