Deployment

There are automatic deploys for the master branch. If you need to update manually, push the code to https://git.heroku.com/svhipaa.git.

Express Server

In production, the file index.js is run to start an express application. Express serves the static asssets and renders index.html to any other request. It is necessary because this application is a SPA and has routing. The meanes that when you navigate to /form/1 there is no /form/1.html but index.html will start the React application and display the correct information. This is also the reason we are not using Github Pages.
