Right now the chunk size is a random number. We need to find a chunk size that gives it the best performance.
For optimality:

• The time taken by the server to respond with the chunk should be equal to the average interval of a request.
• We should choose the biggest chunk size among the options satisfying the above rule

Right now if the program makes a request to download a file, we are returning the Session_id however, to make the server more secure we should encrypt the session_id and then return it as access-token.

The entire download process will become even more efficient if we can handle each request asynchronously in the python server.
