Quickly and Easily create Metro WPF Applications with this template.

This is still work in progress as, of right now, it's just a stripped down version of another project I was working on. Expect it to get cleaner and better over time. Hopefully.

Use StaticResource for Metro font references

There are DynamicResource references to Metro's fonts, when these fonts don't change. These should probably be StaticResource references instead.

Also, there are direct URI references used when a Resource reference should be used in some xaml files.

Application requires administrator privileges to run

I cloned this project into a clean directory and compiled on Win8 x64 with Visual Studio 2012. Both MetroWPFTemplate.exe and MetroWPFTemplate.vshost.exe are listed as requiring administrator privileges to run.
