Many people prefer JSON to YAML. That's not a problem to have support for both formats. Loading priority should be:

1. config.yaml
2. config.json

And in case of both files present we should show WARNING, because it's really confusing to see two configs side by side.

Add template function {{ minify() }} which accepts arbitrary number of args with CSS/JS paths and returns path to single minified CSS/JS.

Of course, mixing CSS and JS paths must be treated as an error.
