There should be no networkless mode about znc HOT 5 CLOSED

I personally find this whole network stuff confusing in the first place. The it's one of the reasons I'm still on 0.098 myself.

0.202 doesn't have network stuff.

But yes, we need to explain it better, at both wiki and ZNC itself...

After making it less confusing, of course.

Maybe I should look into that then, if only upgrading didn't cost any downtime.

Do we still need to implement this? fa287ef should help any confusion. It may be desired for someone to connect without a network to change settings or for administrator accounts which do not need any networks.
