There is also PR #12. Need to re-validate what changes are needed in zhmccli.

PR #12 was abandoned. If the consensus is that subcommands in the zhmc shell should not modify the options of the outer context, then the current concept with one context per invocation level should not be changed. The downside that passwords specified in shell subcommands are not sticky is then a consequence of that.
