As you like. Actually, this repo is just a skeleton, that is, if you need anything you want, you can just add it to the project.
To handle scss, you can just add scss plugin to rollup plugin (edit file: https://github.com/zhenyuluo/monorepo-starter/blob/master/packages/rollup/src/index.js)
