这里的m>1 的意思是这个绳子必须剪1次，而不是一个约束的参数

个人感觉这个m改成若干段的话可以用这个方法来做，不然如果m是个确定的数字就不行了

for(int j = 1; j <= i/2; j ++)就是表达可以有几种剪法。例如长度为9的绳子只有4种剪法，(1,8),(2,7),(3,6),(4,5)

我觉得是题目的表述让人很困惑。因为只看题目的描述，m是一个确定的数。但是从题解来看，m是不固定的。
