我也是这个问题，问过百度，说是音频文件格式不符合要求。
我3月6日配的语音识别，当时好使，到3月28日发现不好使了，啥都没改过，识别出来突然就乱七八糟，一直到现在都不好使。
明明问的是“中午好”，识别出来变成了：
chatgpt-on-wechat | [INFO][2024-05-07 12:16:23][baidu_voice.py:67] - 百度语音识别到了：['哎。']
百度客服说要求标准格式如下：

解决了，把baidu_voice.py里面的8000改成16000就好了。
