Having this problem still with Astro File Manager 1.5.2. I decompile the APK,
add an additional language folder ("values-da") and insert a copy of the
strings.xml file found in "values." When I try to recompile the APK, it hangs
on the "building resources" phase.

What do you see if you press ctrl+c during hang?
