SECP256k1SignatureTests do not test business scenarios about web3swift HOT 14 CLOSED

We can add simple python and js scripts that will create signed transaction based on given param and check if they are similar to what we have

We actually need to test for rs and recoverId in SECP256k1SignatureTests rather than final RLP encoded data. Lets generate some in advanced instead of using a script.
