We need to figure out what happens to v when it gets unmarshalled
from web3swift.

As far as I understand, etherium changed the way the transactions are signed across multiple hard forks. If we want to support the legacy protocols then we should map out how they were signed before and adjust the architectural design. For now we should implement only eip-155.

Implement SignedTransaction getter func receipt() -> TransactionReceipt. This is where the work from all other objects should be done. Definitely pass raw transaction RemoteProcedure as a dependency.
