i think you copied this command from this old reddit post or some similar outdated resource

hcxdumptool has changed a lot since then, check hcxdumptool --help to see what options you can use (-o, --active_beacon and --enable_status have all been removed/renamed)

The one you use is the old command. Use

hcxdumptool --help

for new command and option list,

from hcxdumptool.

First step after an update should always be to take a look the the change log:
