Regarding the renaming of this file, it seems you have purposefully created a breaking change.

Regarding paid support, we've tried to do that but you've not responded.
Regarding free support, our team would have already moved to 3.2 if the upgrade process was straightforward and not problematic, and/or, if our team's requests for support had received timely responses.

Though I'm not a technical person, I am not understanding why this file was renamed. Was it in conflict with some other file?

Bottom line: Breaking changes deserve immediate fixes, or old files should not be removed for prior versions without LOTS of advance notice. Please help us resolve this situation quickly.

regarding commercial support - I contacted you via email.

About the deleted file - it was done unintentionally and the file was restored several days ago, right after @ranjith1397 opened the ticket. My apologies for that and I trust that everything works correctly now.
