Should only autocomplete when there is a single matching name. If you type "ma⇥" in a channel with a "matthew" and a "martin" it shouldn't autocomplete until there are enough characters to make an unambiguous choice.
(Maybe later we can implement a "press tab again to cycle through matching people" feature, but limiting it to single unambiguous choices is simpler as an MVP)
