Did you try increase the JVM memory? That was the root cause.

Have you checked to see if its still a memory error?
If so then theres no point posting more.
You either need to get make more memory available to ZAP or do less.

We already have an issue for a low-memory option for ZAP: #1582
There was some work done on this but it hasnt been touched in years, and right now noone is working on it...
