German translation for ZAP about zaproxy HOT 8 CLOSED

Just thought about a starting point... I guess the application has to be changed massively
to support i18n by 100% ;)

Just discovered that the umlauts were not saved correctly... Attached another file!

Maybe i have some time tonight to handle some "really helpful" issues ;)

There are _loads_ of places that will need to changed to fully support i18n, but I'll
start going top down with the most obvious/visible ones first!
We'll then need an option to select which language - ideally that will be available
on the installers as well.
