References to draft4 subschema are not working about z-schema HOT 4 CLOSED

I updated the gist to show the use of setRemoteReferences with both the original ("json-schema.org") and modified ("json-schema.orgx") URLs.

Results:

Modified URL schema validated successfully!
Error while attempting to validate Real URL schema: Error: Use .setRemoteReference to download references in sync mode: http://json-schema.org/draft-04/schema

from z-schema.

It seems like this might be related to #18, because validation does pass if "$schema" is deleted. However:

• strictUris doesn't catch a problem
• Setting a proper id doesn't fix the problem
