use `id` attribute during compilation to avoid future remote lookups about z-schema HOT 5 CLOSED

Right now I'm quite sure that compilation won't repeat requests to the same URL. It caches everything downloaded.

If you run the tests, you can see that there's only one long request (remote to http://json-schema.org/draft-04/schema) but there are many tests using this reference.

There is also this code in tests, to simulate non-existing URLs but you can use this for any URL you want.

zSchema.setRemoteReference('http://localhost:1234/integer.json', fileContent);

If any schema now references http://localhost:1234/integer.json it will work even without anything live on that server.
