Yes, you're definitely right - it should pass.

What should be the behavior when noTypeless is declared and you have a structure like this?

type: 'object',
properties: {
    'prop1': {...}
    'prop2': {...},
},
anyOf: [
    {
        required: ['prop1']
    },
    {
        required: ['prop2']
    }
]

In this case, the type is declared, but the anyOf's do not have a type. This currently causes an error for me.

That's an another issue - you can open it if you need it.

Current behaviour is:

Schemas inside anyOf need to have type. Parent schema (where you have type: object now) doesn't need to have a type currently.
