local/install.sh: the user profile is .profile not .bash_profile on Ubuntu about cf_nise_installer HOT 3 CLOSED

Thank you for the feed back.
To my best knowledge, .bash_profile is loaded on Ubuntu as well.

I found a document about .bash_profile on ubuntu:

According to the document, I suppose that you use a GUI to login to your server.
Try login via ssh and please let me know if you have the same problem on a ssh session.

I did use ssh. For Ubuntu, there is no .bash_profile for users by default.

And as mentioned in the readme of rbenv(https://github.com/sstephenson/rbenv):

"Ubuntu note: Modify your ~/.profile instead of ~/.bash_profile."
