修改文件夹权限，允许写入。

那我也不知道是什么问题了。我目前使用 Windows 10 x64 Version 1909 是没有问题的。

同 Windows 7 SP1 x64，版本 1.9.19 ，按照上面的操作，同样无法新建 FontMod.yaml
