For accessing the files you can read the json in the /opt/youtransfer/uploads directory.(Docker) Each file has a corresponding json file that has all the meta data including the download link. I found this was easy enough to read and use for a bot I built.

Didn't test it. If I understand right, I can list everything by single json? I don't think it's safe if anyone can see every file available.
By API I also meant a possibility to upload things.

Each file has its own corresponding json file. There isn't currently any sort of user support so you'd need to build that yourself.
