Empty XML tags causes crash about deefuzzer HOT 5 CLOSED

In researching, it is actually incorrect to have an empty (null) tag. So the parser is syntactically correct although the crash is unfortunate. This could be addressed via more explicit documentation.

Wow, that's a nasty bug which could possibly explains some crashes reported earlier. Maybe we should try tools/xmltodict2.py based on xml.parsers.expat rather than in tools/xmltodict.py based on xml.dom.minidom indeed.

Suggest that for 0.7, we say that this is addressed by adding documentation to the XML example file. We can investigate using an alternate XML parser in 0.8.

There is already another parser class based on xml.parsers.expat in tools/xmltodict2.py and which I have already used for others projects with success.
