Requirement codeception/module-filesystem ^2.0 || ^1.1 conflicts with codeception/codeception 5.0 about yii2-app-basic HOT 3 CLOSED

I am currently experiencing upon composer installing yii2 app in my Macbook pro Workspace. See attachment for more info

@SmartGuyCodes You're responding to a closed issue. The issue you're reporting is an issue in the codeception module for Yii2 framework, please create a new issue there. An easy one to fix: in the composer.json, the php version needs to be updated. Until fixed, downgrade your php version to 8.1.0 and you should be fine.

while using php 8.2, this command produces an the same error, using tag 2.0.47 with
composer create-project --prefer-dist yiisoft/yii2-app-basic basic

is there a new release tag planned?
