Add composer plugins to installation guide about yii-bootstrap5 HOT 6 CLOSED

Just had the same problem. When follow the instructions as described at https://github.com/yiisoft/yii-bootstrap5#install-assets point 1, the assets are not placed correctly in the node_modules directory.

Background: I am using an older Yii3 application template and had to manually require oomphinc/composer-installers-extender to get it work.

Does it worth doing so? In application templates we have these and in case of interactive installation, it's being asked about by composer itself.
