debug target doesn't update page on chromeos+crouton about generator-chromeapp HOT 4 CLOSED

Did you see an error message on console of chrome? Watch task is working well. I suspect that live-reload connection problems. I think It's not related with target os. I used to second laptop with chrome book pixel which I installed devtools for developing and testing the generator.

no error on chrome console...completely empty....same when I reload.
I'm just using a fresh install from this generator and adding 'MAXWASHERE' in the <h1> on the index.html page, via vim in crouton.
no clues, I'm afraid :/
I agree, that the watch task seem to be working (from the messages from the grunt shell's stdout).
I wonder how the grunt task controls the browser? I'd say that running a server inside crouton adds some complexity that surely must be suspect. The only way I can think of that it would work is by keeping a socket open and sending a redirect to the page when something changes...but perhaps I should look more closely.

ha, yeah...though that then has me wondering how it was working for me on chrome/ubuntu since I don't recall every making such a change, or adding the extension...
I just tried the extension but it wasn't completely obvious how to make it work (ie it didn't work), but I'll try to read on that.
I guess this is not an issue then, and can be closed. I'll re-open if I manage to get to a point where I think it should work but still doesn't. Thanks.
