検証チーム用issue のテンプレ作成 about hayabusa HOT 4 CLOSED

多分Trello的なのがあったほうが検証チームからの報告にたいして処理しやすいと思うのでとりあえずボードを作りました、ちょっと使ってみたかった

新しいissueは右の Project のところから YEA verifize board を選択するとトリアージ一覧にissueが加わってくれるので管理がしやすそう？？に見えます

・イベントファイル（あれば）
・スクリーンショット（あれば）
・本当はどうあるべき、だけどどうなってるか
というのがあればひとまずOK？
