Hetzner example doesn't work about terraform-module-k3s HOT 2 CLOSED

I'm sorry for that, this module needs some documentation. You need to start your SSH agent and add your private key to it before running this module. (This Github tutorial explain how to do that).

I said that because your SSH agent doesn't seem detected by Terraform:
