As far as I know, the website currently does not any support for translations. I'm not sure if the engine that we use support this. If it does, and if we have enough volunteers to provide the translations, then I'd like the XSF to consider providing translations. Most of the website texts is pretty static, so I do not imagine that there'll be a high effort required to maintain translations, after their initial inception.

We currently do not have any translation service for xmpp.org, see #1306
What we have at the moment are static translations of blog posts, see April's issue for example. This works fine as it is, because blog posts don't often get updated with new content and thus, translations don't need to be adapted after being submitted.
For a website on the other hand, it is vital to be able to track changes in source strings. Otherwise translations could be out of date and nobody would notice. Weblate would be a tool to track changes and offer those changed strings for translators to update them.
However, I'm afraid the XSF doesn't have the ressources to maintain and check translations. It is hard enough to keep the website's content up to date in its original language already. That said, I'm opposed to enable translations for more than blog posts, since it raises maintenance costs significantly.

@1Haschwalth I will closes this. I recommend you to may start with a Chinese translation of the monthly newsletter. I think that will really help a lot.
