Add LimitMEMLOCK=12GB to the [Service] section.

Thanks. I've tried that (albeit with 12000000000 since systemd doesn't like the GB suffix), but I still get the same error.

Dunno, Debian based distros work fine with that and have always accepted "GB". Dig around in the systemd service defaults, Arch probably locked some extra stuff down.
