这个问题 得到解决 但是，不是使用 [handle] 去控制的 我使用的是 [ngDraggable]="isChildrenMoveing" 控制此元素不再是拖动元素 但是 在我觉得 可以 设置一个字段 控制 开启 和禁止拖拽 对 框架 的适用性 和拓展性 好一些 谢谢
